Processing Time

All orders require 3-5 business days for processing before shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but processing times may vary based on order volume and product availability. Each item undergoes a final inspection before shipping to ensure quality and authenticity.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship orders via USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Domestic orders are shipped at standard rates, while international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note that transit delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs processing are beyond our control.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S. & Canada) Orders: Typically arrive within 3-10 business days after shipment.

  • International Orders: Typically arrive within 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Insurance & Signature Confirmation

For added security, signature confirmation is available upon request for orders valued over $100. If you would like your shipment to include additional insurance and/or require a signature upon delivery, please email us at info@vilmasvault.us prior to placing your order. These services may incur an additional cost, which will be added to your total at checkout once confirmed.

If no request is made, packages will be shipped using standard carrier procedures without added insurance or signature requirements.

Shipping Liability & Responsibility

Once your order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

However, if you experience any of these issues, please contact us first at info@vilmasvault.us, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.

We handle all shipping claims on behalf of our customers. To ensure a smooth resolution, customers must cooperate with us throughout the claim process. We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim, and any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

For unclaimed packages returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost. If you would like the package reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply.

International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

If an international package is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. If the package is returned to us and eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued minus original and return shipping costs.
