Return Exceptions
In rare, case-by-case situations where a return is approved in writing by Vilma’s Vault (e.g., item was incorrectly described), the following conditions apply:

The item must be returned in original, unused condition, with all tags, dust bags, and authentication materials intact.

The return must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

A restocking fee of 5% (minimum $65) will apply.

The customer is responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable, insured method.

Refunds will be issued either as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the situation and as determined by Vilma’s Vault.
Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Responsibility for Delivery
Vilma’s Vault is not responsible for:
