Our thorough 7-step authentication process examines every detail — from stitching and hardware to materials and logos — leaving no aspect unchecked. This guarantees that every item we authenticate is a genuine luxury piece.
What We Offer:

- Letter of Non-Authenticity with Detailed Explanation — $100
Please note: Due to their complexity, authentication fees for Chanel bags are $150, and Hermès pieces are $200.
How Does it work?
Initial Contact: Please email us first with your bag’s model and style to ensure we can authenticate it and provide any specific instructions before you proceed with payment.
Purchase and Payment: Once confirmed, choose your authentication service and complete payment online. We also accept PayPal and Zelle.
Submit Your Photos: Share a Google Drive folder with high-resolution, clear photos of your item to info@vilmasvault.us, including:
Front / back / sides / inside /handles / all hardware engravings heat stamps (all heat stamps including ‘made in’ heat stamp) / serial number. Pictures should be taken in natural daylight, focused and large enough for inspection.
If your bag was listed for sale online, please include the sale page link. Note: We recommend requesting photo examples and instructions before submitting. Photos must be sent via Google Drive; email attachments are not accepted.
- In-Person Authentication: Some bag styles require in-person verification. For US/Canada customers, shipping costs will apply.
- Receive Your Results: You’ll receive your Certificate of Authenticity or Letter of Non-Authenticity within 48 hours (excluding weekends), starting from the day we receive payment and photos or the physical bag. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
- Important: We do not authenticate Chanel chipped bags or Hermes exotic leathers from photos alone. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about these items.
